Job Description
Corner Alliance is seeking a Junior Technical Analyst with strong analytical ability, a growth mindset, and a desire to learn AI/automation, IT operations, and compliance practices. This is an early-career position designed to support federal contracts, internal IT operations, system compliance, and audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply AI/ML, automation, and no-code tools.
- Assist in prototyping technical solutions.
- Support device management, user onboarding/offboarding, and general IT support.
- Help maintain inventories of equipment, software licenses, and system configurations.
- Support documentation of IT policies, procedures, and controls.
- Help collect and prepare documentation, evidence, and audit artifacts.
- Support data analysis tasks.
- Assist with project support.
- Help produce deliverables for federal clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, cyber, or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical analysis, compliance support, data analysis, government contracting, or related fields.
- Basic scripting or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, PowerShell, Bash).
- Exposure and ability to use automation or AI tools, RPA platforms, or no-code automation builders.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- US citizenship or permanent resident.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC, federal security standards), or willingness to learn.
- Experience with IT admin tools (account management, identity management, MDM, cloud platforms).
- Prior experience in consulting, government contracting, or customer-facing support roles.
