What You'll Do
- Define the visual identity of our internal brand.
- Craft emotionally resonant messaging and executive communications.
- Design high-stakes narrative decks, scripts, and talking points.
- Maintain the internal brand toolkit and wiki content.
- Build comprehensive communication plans for our acquisition journey.
- Drive "People Experience" activations.
- Bridge the gap between sites by partnering with Workplace teams.
- 4-6 years of experience in brand design, internal communications, copywriting, or a related creative field.
- A dual-threat portfolio showcasing both visual design and strategic writing.
- Technical fluency in Canva, Google Suite, and AI productivity tools.
- Executive presence and ability to design materials for leadership.
- Project management precision.
- A change-agent mindset.
- A passion for culture-building.
- Experience in "Change Management" communications.
- Advanced multimedia skills, such as basic video editing or motion graphics.
- A background in "Human-Centered Design".
