ERGO NEXT's mission is to help entrepreneurs thrive. We're building the only technology-led, full-stack provider of small business insurance in the industry, transforming the customer experience. This role focuses on internal branding and communications strategy (80%) and people experience programming (20%).

What You'll Do

• Define the visual identity of our internal brand.
• Craft emotionally resonant messaging and executive communications.
• Design high-stakes narrative decks, scripts, and talking points.
• Maintain the internal brand toolkit and wiki content.
• Build comprehensive communication plans for our acquisition journey.
• Drive "People Experience" activations.
• Bridge the gap between sites by partnering with Workplace teams.
  
  

What We Need

• 4-6 years of experience in brand design, internal communications, copywriting, or a related creative field.
• A dual-threat portfolio showcasing both visual design and strategic writing.
• Technical fluency in Canva, Google Suite, and AI productivity tools.
• Executive presence and ability to design materials for leadership.
• Project management precision.
• A change-agent mindset.

Unstoppable Qualities

• Experience in "Change Management" communications.
• Advanced multimedia skills, such as basic video editing or motion graphics.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position: $81,000—$110,000 USD
