Overview: Nerdy is seeking experienced Educational Sales Representatives to guide families toward personalized learning solutions. This is a part-time, fully-remote position ideal for education professionals who thrive on meaningful conversations with families and prefer working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conducting needs assessment conversations with families.
• Applying education/teaching/training experience to recommend personalized learning solutions.
• Building trust through consultative conversations.
• Demonstrating subject matter expertise in educational products and services.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in metrics-driven environments.
• Ability to work a PART-TIME schedule, mostly evenings and weekends (Sunday - Thursday 4pm-9pm Central Time).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Stable, distraction-free remote work environment.
