PhD Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical)

Location: Remote (may also include Chicago, IL)

Role Type: Contractor

Role Summary: Engage in a high-impact customer project applying PhD-level expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering to train next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

• Deliver authoritative written responses to complex engineering prompts
• Review and interpret scientific literature
• Design and document realistic experimental scenarios
• Analyze data and interpret results
• Apply advanced calculus and quantitative methodologies
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness of submissions
• Collaborate to refine prompt response quality
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in calculus, data analysis, research methodology, and experimental design
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong literature review and scientific knowledge synthesis abilities
• Experience or interest in AI, machine learning, or technology-driven projects (plus, not required)
• Ability to produce high-quality, accurate deliverables
