Seeking an experienced, AI-native Director of Sales Operations & Enablement to build AI-powered systems, tools, data, and processes for the business development engine. This role involves embedding AI into workflows, automating processes, and partnering with field leadership to drive referral growth. Responsibilities include reporting, analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, onboarding, and market activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Scalability & Execution: Identify bottlenecks, implement AI-driven solutions, lead special projects, and manage CRM (HubSpot).
- Market Research & Target List Strategy: Deploy AI tools for market insights, target list development, and sales activation for new centers.
- Onboarding, Training & Development: Build sales training programs, sales playbooks, and manage the virtual onboarding experience for new hires.
- AI-Powered Data Analysis and Insights: Create dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting using AI tools, identify performance trends, and manage monthly reporting and commission processing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare growth, sales operations, and enablement.
- Expert-level analytical skills with dashboarding and CRM experience.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and experience applying them professionally.
- Experience building AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or intelligent reporting.
- Proven experience supporting or leading multi-market sales teams.
- Experience delivering training and creating enablement tools.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must be located near Local Infusion’s service areas (Eastern or Central time zones).
- Prior success as a field sales or referral sales professional.
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Products, MedScout, and/or Sigma.
Total Compensation (Base Bonus): $140,000 - $190,000
