This role will own reporting, analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, onboarding, and market activation, partnering closely with field leadership and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Scalability & Execution (identifying bottlenecks, leading projects, improving CRM)
- Market Research & Target List Strategy (deploying AI tools, owning market research)
- Onboarding, Training & Development (building sales training programs and virtual onboarding)
- AI-Powered Data Analysis and Insights (building dashboards, identifying performance anomalies, reporting)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in healthcare growth, sales operations, and enablement
- Expert-level analytical skills with dashboarding and CRM experience
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and their application in professional settings
- Experience building or implementing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or intelligent reporting
- Proven experience supporting or leading multi-market sales teams
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable operating at strategic and tactical levels
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones
- Prior success as a field sales or referral sales professional
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Products, MedScout, and/or Sigma
