Responsibilities
- Set and execute the enterprise BI vision and roadmap.
- Establish KPIs and analytics standards.
- Partner with executive leaders to translate business priorities into scalable data and BI solutions.
- Architect, maintain, and improve data pipelines feeding Domo.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and uptime for critical reporting and analytics workflows.
- Own Domo development standards and dashboard lifecycle management.
- Improve and rationalize the current dashboard suite.
- Identify and deploy AI-driven BI opportunities leveraging Domo AI capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the BI function.
- Implement data governance policies.
- Education: Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred.
- Experience: 8–12 years in BI/analytics/data roles with progressive leadership, director-level experience required.
- Hands-on experience with Domo (or similar BI platforms).
- Strong API integration experience.
- Experience designing and managing data pipelines and architectures.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of data engineering concepts and advanced SQL.
- Business Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Expectations: Remote-first, willingness to travel ~4 times per year, attendance at two Domo conferences annually.
