Job Description Summary

Major Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of agentic AI solutions for business-specific use cases and workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee engineering execution for forward deployed AI initiatives (planning, prioritization, delivery, operational readiness).
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance.
- Drive integration with business systems, data sources, and operational processes for end-to-end workflows.
- Monitor solution performance and user feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with platform, data, infrastructure, and security teams for compliant deployment.
- Communicate progress, risks, and business impact to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (ideally in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or related field).
- 8 years of AI engineering experience with a strong track record of leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for complex digital, data, or AI-enabled products.
- Experience in AI and data-driven product environments, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills collaborating with Engineering, Innovation, Design, Data Science, Commercial, and other teams.
- Experience managing and developing product managers or junior product leaders (coaching, prioritization, fostering best practices).
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills for evaluating opportunities and communicating vision.
