Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Portfolio Optimization: Develop and implement digital performance strategies, lead new community transitions, analyze community-specific data, present strategy recommendations, and continuously monitor performance for optimization.
- Website & Online Presence Management: Ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual quality of community websites, conduct quarterly website audits, and manage vanity number tracking.
- SEO & Listings Optimization: Manage and optimize Internet Listing Service (ILS) platforms and maintain accurate property profiles across directory sites (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Yext) for local search visibility.
- Media Performance Coordination: Oversee paid search, social, retargeting, display, geofencing, and remarketing campaigns, evaluate media performance, and ensure vendor alignment with KPIs.
- Analytics, Tracking & Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of GA4 and GTM, validate tracking scripts, conduct audits of the digital tracking ecosystem, and translate analytics insights into actionable takeaways.
- Vendor, Tools & Platform Management: Act as the liaison for digital agencies and vendors, oversee digital tool onboarding, and maintain digital documentation and processes.
- Reputation, Branding & Digital Presence Quality Control: Support review response strategy, assist communities in maximizing online curb appeal, and ensure brand compliance.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on emerging digital trends, recommend new tools and technologies, and provide training on digital best practices.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing (multifamily, real estate, or high-volume B2C preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Gemini).
- Demonstrated experience analyzing paid media, SEO, and ILS performance with data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Proven hands-on experience managing WordPress websites and understanding UX fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of lead funnels, digital attribution, conversion paths, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking ecosystem best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and digital accessibility considerations.
