Role Overview

The Data Labeling Specialist reviews healthcare-related conversations to identify safety events. This high-volume, transactional role requires applying a well-defined rubric to ensure accurate and objective identification of safety concerns, supporting client compliance and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conversation Review: Evaluate high volumes of healthcare conversations against established rubrics to determine the presence of safety events.
• Rubric Adherence: Apply consistent labeling criteria to ensure reliability.
• Quality & Accuracy: Deliver precise reviews that support data integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in calibration efforts to align labeling standards.
• Feedback Adoption: Refine accuracy based on audit and performance feedback.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, healthcare, compliance, quality assurance, or similar fields.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience in data labeling, transcription review, AI development, or pharmacovigilance.
• Technical: Familiarity with data labeling software, spreadsheets, or data management tools.
