- Perform quantity takeoffs utilizing blueprints
- Create and maintain takeoff matrices in Excel
- Collaborating on data driven initiatives with other departments
- Troubleshoot errors encountered by end users
- Migrate existing data to standardized parameters
- Assist in training new data specialists
- Assist in the maintenance of costs and retail
- Communicate changes to end users
- Strong computer, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills
- Strong aptitude for communication and collaboration
- Experience in residential construction preferred but not required
- Experience with Sapphire Build or other ERP system preferred
- Ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks
