Key Responsibilities

• Integrate content early in the product development process across teams.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields.
• 5 years of management experience leading content strategy teams.
• Experience in designing agentic or conversational user experiences.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and management.
• Expertise in content design principles and customer-centered writing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Strong skills in systems thinking across multi-channel user journeys.
• Excellent storytelling and communication capabilities.
• Experience with metrics-analysis to enhance content efficacy.
