Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified prospect lists
- Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify interest and basic fit
- Book qualified appointments for the VoxxyAgent closing team
- 20% of VoxxyAgent’s revenue for every deal closed from appointments you set
- Commission is paid per closed deal, not just per meeting
- Earnings are performance-based and uncapped
- Commission is tied directly to revenue generated from your appointments
- Make outbound cold calls to SMB and mid-market businesses
- Follow simple call scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Qualify prospects and book appointments on the calendar
- Accurately log activity and outcomes in CRM/Lead Gen software
- Coordinate with the VoxxyAgent sales team for handoff
- Experience with cold calling, telemarketing, or SDR work
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong phone presence and persistence
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Commission-driven mindset
- Prior SDR, appointment setter, or call center experience is a plus
- No closing pressure
