Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI Vision & Strategy: Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define and guide the organization's AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Educate & Advocate: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demystify AI concepts for non-technical audiences. Develop educational resources to support ongoing learning.
- Promote Adoption: Serve as an internal advocate for AI and automation, helping teams understand practical applications and benefits.
- Stay Current: Monitor emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices. Share insights to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Enable Practical Implementation: Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and automation using accessible tools (e.g., RPA platforms, Generative AI solutions).
- Bridge Business & Technology: Work closely with product managers and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives are feasible, ethical, and aligned with business needs-without requiring you to code or build models.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, LLaMA)
- Strong understanding of AI trends, ethical considerations, and practical business applications.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for AI's potential to transform business operations.
- Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives or implementing practical AI solutions in a business context (portfolio or case studies preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in applying AI or automation to solve real-world business challenges-without requiring deep technical development skills.
