This role sits at the intersection of business operations and applied AI — you'll partner with department leaders across the business, understand how their teams work, and translate that understanding into AI-powered integrations that drive real, measurable productivity gains. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and applied AI — you'll partner with department leaders across the business, understand how their teams work, and translate that understanding into AI-powered integrations that drive real, measurable productivity gains. What You Will Do
- Partner with department leaders (Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, People) to understand workflows and identify AI integration opportunities.
- Build AI automation and automated workflows using LLM tools, document processing, internal assistants, and system integrations.
- Coordinate and evaluate cross-functional pilots using a prioritization framework; maintain a consolidated view and recommend scale/stop.
- Own the AI enablement roadmap; maintain a prioritized pipeline and communicate progress through business metrics (time saved, costs reduced, throughput improved).
- Support AI literacy and adoption across the organization.
- Contribute to AI governance and responsible deployment in compliance with data classification policy and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-functional use cases identified and prioritized.
- 1–2 AI tools integrated, in production with adoption and impact tracked.
- Monthly AI cohort check-ins running.
- First quarterly exec readout delivered (adoption, value, risk, H2 roadmap).
- AI Integration & Technical Fluency: Demonstrated experience integrating AI into real business workflows; hands-on with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool); understanding of system integration concepts; working knowledge of data sensitivity and security; experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or scripting (Python).
- Business, Operations & Collaboration: 3 years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or cross-functional role; strong analytical thinking; highly effective communicator (VP/C-suite level); proven ability to drive adoption of new tools; comfortable coordinating across Legal, HR, IT, Security; background in SaaS, data, or B2B technology companies strongly preferred.

- Base Annual Salary: $150,000–170,000 (final salary may vary based on location, skills, knowledge, experience)
