Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Location: Nashville, TN (On-site, Remote)

Role Focus: Contribute to developing cutting-edge AI systems, specifically focusing on the execution layer of a human-centered AI Operating System. This involves implementing and managing multi-agent AI systems for business operations, translating direction into working infrastructure, and ensuring stability while continuously improving processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Logistics Continuity & Coverage: Maintain scheduling, coordination, vendor/client communications, and assume full logistics responsibilities during coverage periods.
• Systemization & Redundancy: Document workflows, build structured systems for role substitution, and reduce dependency on single individuals.
• Technical Development & Automation: Build and maintain internal tools using Linux and AI coding platforms, convert leadership direction into functional systems, and deliver weekly production-ready outputs.
• Executive Technical Execution: Act as a technical executor, translating strategy into completed systems and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement structured improvements, and enhance operational reliability, speed, and clarity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C , React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
  
  

Operational Coverage Requirement

This role includes structured support for the logistics function during periods of leave, requiring ownership of scheduling, coordination, and communication to ensure continuity.
