The Role: As an Agent Experience & Support Contractor, you'll be the voice and heart of ENRG for thousands of agents across the country.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agent support channels.
• Manage communication channels with professionalism and care.
• Organize and triage agent escalations.
• Guide agents through Brokerage Engine and platform functionalities.
• Create and deliver training videos and live sessions.
• Handle password resets and platform access issues.
• Troubleshoot commission inquiries, CDAs, and splits.
• Track support trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the Agent Success Team to optimize onboarding processes.
• Manage "Connect and Thrive" questions.

Compensation & Engagement Terms

• Monthly Rate: $5000-6700/month based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Expected Hours: Flexible schedule, typically 30-40 hours per week.
• Contract Duration: Ongoing engagement with 30-day termination notice.
• Payment Terms: Invoiced bi-weekly.
