Set in a former townhouse, Chateau Royale is a love letter to midcentury, nostalgic New York French cuisine—where elegance meets energy in a space that celebrates timeless hospitality.
Ideal candidates:
-Scratch cooking, Butchery, Sauce, Ordering, Expediting
-Should be a great line cook.
-Should have pedigree in good restaurants
-have great drive and passion for hospitality
-are expert communication, organizational and problem solving skills
-possess a positive and collaborative attitude
-are reliable team players
-are always ready for a challenge and to constantly learn and improve
-have experience with a high level of restaurant service, ingredients and techniques
