Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Lead and schedule a team that brings the fun to our pools, theatre, kid's club, and more.
• Create an engaging activity calendar that makes guests say "wow" (and kids beg to stay).
• Respond to guest feedback with empathy, positivity, and action.
• Pitch in wherever needed-sometimes that means joining a game of tennis or helping with crafts.
• Spread the word about our activities using flyers, calendars, and your contagious enthusiasm.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 18 years old-our guests' safety comes first.
• Able to stand for long periods-some games are too fun to sit down.
• A cheerful, outgoing personality-you're the vibe-setter for fun and relaxation.
• Customer service experience is a plus-it helps you shine when engaging with guests and kids alike.
