We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Worker to ensure the proper operation, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our hotel facilities in . The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills, with experience in residential painting, welding, and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the property's infrastructure, ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt and professional service. Duties

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment using schematics and CMMS software.
• Conduct repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding, electrical work, and residential painting to uphold facility standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with tools such as ohmmeters and ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Supervise maintenance staff or contractors when necessary, providing leadership and ensuring tasks are completed to high standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS or other documentation methods.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or facility issues, providing excellent customer service while resolving problems efficiently.
• Assist in supervising safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations during maintenance activities.
• Support manufacturing or other operational departments as needed for specialized repairs or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, residential painting, and use of tools such as ohmmeters.
• Strong understanding of CMMS software for maintenance tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective coordination with team members and guests.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred to oversee maintenance projects or teams effectively.
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for complex systems repair.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or hospitality facilities is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks associated with facilities maintenance including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
