Program Support Staff – First Responder & Veteran Resiliency Program

Chateau Health & Wellness – Oakley, Utah
Weekend and Swing Shift (12 pm-10 pm) available.

Chateau Health & Wellness is a premier residential treatment center located in the peaceful mountain town of Oakley, Utah. After 12 years of serving clients from across the country, we have expanded into a state-of-the-art facility designed to support deep healing, safety, and connection.

We specialize in trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, and mental health stabilization, with particular expertise in serving veterans, first responders, and high-performance professionals. Position Summary

As a Program Support Staff member, you are the heartbeat of our residential program. You will help create a safe, structured, and uplifting environment for clients as they navigate recovery and personal transformation.

This is a deeply meaningful role — every interaction has the potential to encourage healing, inspire resilience, and influence someone’s life path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage with residential clients to ensure safety, respect, and emotional stability within the facility.
  • Provide positive role-modeling, therapeutic support, and day-to-day encouragement.
  • Mentor clients in building healthier habits, life skills, and recovery-oriented behaviors.
  • Support the flow and structure of the program through documentation, observation, and teamwork.
  • Uphold the standards of a premier, trauma-informed treatment facility.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and leadership teams to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, steadiness, and compassion during emotionally intense situations.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening; a commitment to a clean and sober lifestyle is required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or recovery work is helpful but not required — we provide training, mentorship, and ongoing development.

Open Schedules

We are currently hiring for four Program Support roles:

  • Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–10:00pm
  • Full-Time Night Shift: Overnight (Graveyard)
  • Full-Time Weekend Availability Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
