What are the responsibilities and job description for the Winery & Brewery Server position at Chateau Aeronautique Winery & Blue Skies Brewery?
Opened in Jackson in 2009, Chateau Aeronautique Winery aims to provide Southern Michigan with world-class wines and an unforgettable experience. With the addition of the Irish Hills location in 2017 we expanded our selection of hand-crafted wines as well as built a new venue approximately 500 feet South of US-12 where we host large groups, private parties, and public events - if you haven't attended one of our tribute concerts, you're missing out! In 2018, Blue Skies Brewery was born.
Today, we strive to provide our guests with a one-of-a-kind experience with incredible wine, outstanding beer, and memorable entertainment. Our associates are our greatest asset, and we're looking to add to our team.

What We're Looking For:
- Someone with high energy who wants to enjoy what they do
- Someone who can be on their feet for 8 hours and is able to lift 30 pounds
- Someone with a team-oriented mindset
- Someone with a strong history of reliability
- Someone with a "Never Stop Learning" attitude
- Someone with TAM certification (or willingness to acquire)
- Someone 18 years of age or older
Opportunities are also available at our original location in Jackson; candidates willing to work in both locations are strongly preferred. Positions are available seasonally or long-term. Saturday night availability is a must; availability Thursday-Sunday is strongly preferred. Morning/day shifts are currently unavailable.
