What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Team Member position at Fenton Winery & Brewery?
We are looking to hire a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team of culinary professionals. The position involves primarily catering with a focus on inspired wedding menus for our 280-person banquet venue. Our kitchen specializes in designing and presenting premium, unique dishes not only for weddings but for guests dining in our community taproom. In addition, we always try to pair or incorporate our craft wine and beer in many of our recipes. Assisting with special menus and creating dishes for wine/beer pairings is be required.
Position can be part or full-time for the right candidate. Pay is determined by experience, ability and versatility. Strong work ethic, team mentality, and consistency in performance is essential.
