Warehouse Associate – Picking & Dock

Location: Sealy, TX

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

Shifts Available:

• 9:00 AM – (Picking)

• 4:00 PM – Dock (Loading) 

Overview:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in both picking and dock/loading functions. This role is responsible for accurately pulling orders, preparing shipments, and loading trucks to ensure timely and efficient distribution. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking 

•  Accurately pick and pull products based on order requirements 

•  Verify items for correct quantity and quality before staging 

•  Organize and stage orders for shipment 

•  Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment 

•  Maintain a clean and organized picking area 

Dock / Loading 

•  Load and secure products onto trucks safely and efficiently 

•  Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy 

•  Coordinate with team members to ensure timely departures 

•  Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when needed 

•  Maintain dock organization and follow all safety procedures 

General Warehouse Duties:

•  Receive and inspect incoming shipments 

•  Maintain accurate inventory records 

•  Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE 

•  Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members 

•  Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed 

Qualifications:

•  High school diploma or GED required 

•  Previous warehouse experience preferred (picking, packing, or loading) 

•  Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus) 

•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

•  Good communication and teamwork skills 

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

•  Must pass a drug screening 

•  Valid driver’s license preferred 

Physical Requirements:

•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and move up to 100 lbs. with assistance 

•  Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching 

•  Ability to work in a warehouse environment under varying conditions
