Job Summary:
The New Hire Specialist – Admin I (Data Entry) is responsible for supporting the verification of employment and terminations by ensuring employer information is processed accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, open, prepare, and scan incoming physical mail
- Process electronic communications from employers
- Provide mail imaging and data entry support
- Input and verify critical information across multiple computer systems
- Maintain accuracy while working in multiple programs simultaneously
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key proficiency
- Typing speed of at least 30–40 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
