Pay Rate: $50.01
Location: Houston, TX 77054 (Near NRG Stadium)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Duties:
Provide tuberculosis nurse case management. Coordination of services such as transportation and assistance with medical eligibility. Complete and submit reports. Will perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and comply with AP 2-2 policy.
Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing. A Bachelor of Science degree in nursing is preferred. Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Texas .EXPERIENCE: Four years of experience as a practicing registered nurse are required . A Master of Science degree in Nursing and two years of experience in general nursing, including one year of supervisory experience, may be substituted for the experience requirement
