Hiring: Senior Manager – Strategy Planning

📍 Location: Dallas, TX / San Jose, CA (Onsite)

📅 Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for a seasoned strategy professional to support executive leadership in shaping key business priorities, driving strategic planning discussions, and translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong background in consulting, corporate strategy, or executive planning.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Develop executive-ready strategic narratives, frameworks, and briefing materials that simplify complex topics and support leadership decision-making.

• Synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and product information into clear strategic recommendations.

• Partner with marketing and business leaders to define priorities across portfolio, audience, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Support the development of long-term strategic direction, including positioning, value propositions, and growth opportunities.

• Analyze business performance indicators, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to provide actionable insights for executive discussions.

• Assist in preparing leadership teams for strategic planning sessions by creating structured materials that drive alignment and accelerate decision-making.

• Help establish the strategic foundation for cross-functional initiatives and leadership conversations.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, Chief of Staff, or related functions.

• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical frameworks and recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create concise, executive-level presentations and narratives.

• Strong analytical capabilities, combining both qualitative and quantitative insights to influence decision-making.

• Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams in dynamic environments.

• MBA or equivalent advanced education is preferred.

🔹 Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, product marketing, competitive analysis, or portfolio strategy.

• Background in top-tier strategy consulting environments, including Big 4, MBB, or equivalent firms.

• Strong visual storytelling and presentation development skills.
