Staffing Coordinator / Interview Scheduler

wWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator / Interview Scheduler to support a busy Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service

.Key Responsibilitie

• sSchedule and coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones
• .Manage complex interview scheduling, including panel and final-round onsite interviews
• .Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interview availability and logistics
• .Maintain calendars, send confirmations, and manage interview-related communications
• .Handle last-minute scheduling changes and resolve conflicts efficiently
• .Deliver a positive candidate experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication
• .Maintain accurate interview and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• .Track interview activity and support recruiting reporting needs
• .Utilize AI tools to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate communications, and recruiting workflows
• .Assist with onsite interview logistics, including greeting and escorting candidates to interview locations

.Required Qualification

• s1 year of recruiting coordination, scheduling, administrative, or related experience
• .Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• .Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• .Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities
• .Experience using calendar management tools such as Outlook
• .Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

.Preferred Qualification

• sExperience with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms
• .Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar productivity solutions
• .Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Human Resources teams
• .Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones
