Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics professional is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the daily equipment move in list and inventory tracking of incoming and outgoing cargoes.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Track and record incoming and outgoing cargo, maintain accurate details in the company utilized software.
- Transportation Oversight: Verify and document that all crates on the daily pick list are being pulled, uncrated, and transported to the correct locations. Document all Incoming Trucks upon arrival and input the cargo information into company utilized software.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring daily documents are being filled out accurately and turned in daily.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Team leadership and collaboration skills.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in a construction environment for 10 hours per day
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
