CCM Internship Program: Public Relations, Influencer Marketing & Brand Communications
Location: New York City, Flatiron
Commitment: Summer Term, May to August 2026. At least four days in office from 10am-5pm est.
About the Program
The CCM Internship Program offers immersive, hands-on experience across all areas of public relations, influencer relations, events, and brand marketing. Interns gain real-world exposure to agency life, supporting work that impacts top beauty, lifestyle, and wellness brands.
What You’ll Do
During your internship, you will build a strong foundation in PR and marketing through responsibilities such as:
- Supporting creative writing projects and press materials
- Assisting at events, desksides, and brand activations
- Maintaining the showroom, organizing product, maintaining updated inventory counts, and managing product samples
- Coordinating PR gifting and sample sends to editors, influencers, and celebrity teams
- Assisting with shipping logistics, including supply management, tracking, and expenses
- Conducting research on industry trends, rising talent, social media movements, and competitor updates
- Help support internal and external agency materials (pitches, competitor audits, recaps, etc.)
- Providing general office support and day-to-day assistance to the team
Intern Project
Throughout the program, interns will collaborate on an agency-wide media strategy project.
- You will work with fellow interns to build a comprehensive communications plan
- Agency team members will mentor each intern through one-on-one check-ins throughout the project
- Interns will present their final project to the full CCM team at the end of the program
Candidate Requirements
- The ideal candidate
- At least ONE year of prior internship experience
- A strong passion for traditional media, beauty and influencer marketing
- MUST have the ability to work in-office at least four days per week from 10AM-5PM EST
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the NYC Office in Flatiron
