Production Machine Operator / 1st , 2nd & 3rd shift

Are you looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with room to grow? We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team on 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment following standard work instructions
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor production processes
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor changeovers
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain activity logs and production records
• Clean and maintain equipment before and after shifts
• Report production issues or quality concerns to supervisors
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required
• Previous assembly or machine operation experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Excellent visual attention to detail
• Manual dexterity for handling small components
• Ability to lift materials up to 15 pounds

Schedule & Pay

• 1st shift - $ 17.00 per Hour
• 2nd Shift - $ 18.00 per hour
• 3rd shift - $19.00 per hour
