Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Warehouse Associate to support daily administrative and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask efficiently, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Duties:
- Handle data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
- Support management with scheduling, reporting, and other clerical needs.
Warehouse Duties:
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- 1 year of experience in an office or warehouse setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel, and email).
- Ability to lift up to 30β40 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
