Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our team!
MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY
The SLP is responsible for the evaluation, screening, treatment, and documentation of residents who demonstrate disorders involving:
Speech & Language
Cognitive Communication
Voice
Fluency
Swallowing
The SLP will also complete all required clinical and facility documentation.

REQUIREMENTS"
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech & Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders
State Licensure OR proof of registration to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech Pathology, after which certification can be obtained
ASHA Certification OR proof of ASHA certification
