What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Chase & Associates?
We're partnering with a global manufacturer of packaging material solutions. They're looking to add an Account Manager to their team to grow and support their customer base across the food packaging sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow an existing multi-million-dollar book of business across a defined territory
- Identify and develop new opportunities within food and protein markets
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across operations, procurement, and leadership
- Deliver consultative, value-based solutions tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to support accounts
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of outside sales experience, packaging sales preferred
- Background in packaging, food/protein, or related industrial sales
- Proven ability to manage and grow accounts while developing new business
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex customer environments
- Comfortable working in plant/manufacturing settings and traveling within the territory
