Director of Residential Treatment Program

Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.  

As the Director of the Residential Treatment Program with Chartiers Center, you will be committed to providing leadership and supervision to staff in the planning, scheduling and delivery of residential and treatment of operations. You will be serving individuals with acute symptoms related to mental health challenges. Hours - Days, some evenings/weekends as needed. Rotating on call coverage.  

Minimum Qualifications-  

• Masters in Human Service field in a Clinical discipline (preferred); 3 years’ clinical experience, 2 of which are supervisory.

• Driver's license required and insurability based on Agency liability policies and procedures required.  

• Experience in team-oriented approach to treatment with competence overseeing the coordination and facilitation of wellness activities with consumers and various BH, PH, social services and housing providers is strongly preferred.  

• Computer skills with knowledge in word processing and Internet functions required.
