- Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a dedicated production team, drive operational excellence, and ensure customer expectations are met with quality and efficiency.
- Lead and support your team to meet production goals for quality, productivity, and waste reduction
- Promote safety, teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement
- Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to support employee growth
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Partner with other departments and shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Environmental, Quality, and Safety standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of related industry experience, or equivalent education/experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience (or supervisor training)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, coach, and follow up effectively
- Team-oriented with experience collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, accountable, and organized with a sense of urgency
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Metallurgy, or related field
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical and data reporting skills
