Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Charter Wire – 7850 N. 81st Street, Milwaukee, WI 53222

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Starting Pay: $19.50 – $23.00/hr $2.25 night shift premium

(with the opportunity to earn multiple increases within your first two years)

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Welding, packaging, line setup, and quality inspections
• Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials
• Collaborating with your team to meet production and safety goals

What We’re Looking For

• No Diploma Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is not required to start. We’ll pay for you to earn your GED through an accredited program
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused team environment
• Previous machine operator experience is a plus
