Charter Success Partners (CSP) is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to join our team in Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity to use your accounting skills to directly support charter schools in North Carolina, helping us fulfill our purpose of "Improving students' lives."
This is a hybrid position with the ability to work primarily from home after the initial 90 day training period.
What You'll Do
- Manage Payroll Processing for multiple schools
- Managing AP/AR Processing for multiple schools, including COAs and AJEs
- Manage State Fund Monitoring and Compliance for multiple schools
- Produce and Present Monthly Finance Reports to the clients
- Work collaboratively with other team members and clients
- Primary contact and liaison for finance clients
- Complete all tasks with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in finance or business is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in finance management for charter schools or other non-profit organizations
- Skills: Impeccable organization and time management, preparing and presenting reports to clients, reviewing associate level work
- Communication: The ability to professionally communicate with team members and clients via telephone, email, or in person.
- Work Ethic: A clear alignment with our core values: expertise, collaboration, and integrity.
- Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to our primary office in Durham, NC for initial training and other onsite workdays.
