- Start Date: May 2026
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to succeed in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Skills in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Capacity to think critically and find solutions where necessary
- Proactive approach to responsibilities and willingness to contribute
- Shadow supervisors to learn daily production operations and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
- Assist with inventory management tasks using Oracle, including parts tracking and cycle counts
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and helping implement solutions
- Contribute to training and documentation through Dozuki, helping maintain and improve standard work instructions
