Internship Program Structure:

• Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months
• Fully onsite
• Start Date: May 2026
  
  

What you'll focus on:

• Provide employee customer service
• Perform human resources project work, including assistance with recruitment, benefits administration, research, creating reports, and event planning assistance
• Assist in conducting new hire orientation
• Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates
• Maintain employee file accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality
• Document and improve processes
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
  
  

Preferred experience:

• HRIS experience
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law
