1 Position Available at Charter Steel — 1658 Cold Springs Rd. Saukville, WI 53080
Wire Draw Operator | 5pm -5am, 12-hour shifts | $26.50/hr
- Operate a wire draw machine to create finished products
- Package steel coils to meet customer specifications
- Transport coils for storage using a forklift
- Frequent standing and walking reaching above shoulder and lifting up to 35lbs
- Rotating 5-2-2-5 Schedule. 12 hour shifts. 5 nights on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off!
- Full time work with stable hours - Family owned business
- Weekly paychecks - Get paid every Thursday!
- First pay increase in 3 months, Regular increases earn up to $35/hr in just 5 years
- Bonuses - sign on bonus, quarterly performance bonuses, referral bonuses, profit sharing bonus

- Background in manufacturing or industrial production, machining, set-up, metals industry
- Forklift experience is a plus!
