We are hiring a Human Resources Director, of People Operations and HRIS aimed to build and lead cross-company HR Operations processes, infrastructure, and HR service delivery, to equip the Company with real-time human capital insights and information that drives organizational and talent strategies.

This operational and strategic HR leadership role might be right for you!

In this role, you will implement and manage key HR strategies, processes and policies, manage a central processing center for the employee life cycle, and lead an HR team in providing best-in class services to 20 branch locations across eight (8) states.

The HR Director position will be based out of our Home Office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and will report into the Chief Human Resources Officer.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar degree
  • A minimum of 5 years HR experience in leadership, management position
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

How you will contribute.

Lead the People Operations team to support the business in all people-related processes.

Oversee the administration and operations of human resource programs and policies including, but not limited to, each stage of the employee journey, including on-boarding, employee status changes, off- boarding, promotions, transfers, workers' compensation, and leaves.

Lead and manage the day-to-day tactical Human Resources support and all aspects of HRIS system, ADP.

Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure candidate and new hire experience is best in class.

Develop, implement, manage, support, and maintain Human Resources systems and policies.

Act as a change agent to identify process improvements, review and update current people processes to ensure they adhere to relevant federal and state laws, are best practice, robust and meet business needs.

Provide leadership to the Employee Service Center/Central Processing, which is responsible for front-line customer service support for Charter’s employees and leaders.

Review and update, people operations documentation manuals and checklists to include process flows and ensure that these processes and those within the employee handbook are aligned.

Collaborating with and coaching managers to resolve everyday issues across a variety of legal frameworks.

Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Available to travel 10%

Salary : $109,000 - $138,000
