Human Resources Operations Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a contract or temporary role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
