OMS Lead (Blue Yonder Preferred)
📍 Location: San Ramon, CA (Onsite)
We are looking for an experienced OMS Lead with strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS), preferably Blue Yonder OMS, to drive architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise retail/eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead OMS solution design and architecture for new implementations and enhancements.
- Drive omnichannel order fulfillment capabilities including BOPIS, BORIS, Ship-from-Store, Ship-to-Home, Drop Ship, and 3PL integrations.
- Design inventory visibility and real-time availability solutions across eCommerce, POS, and retail channels.
- Build scalable integrations using AWS, Microservices, APIs, Kafka/Kinesis, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable retail commerce solutions.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in eCommerce/OMS solutions.
- 6 years of experience with Blue Yonder OMS (preferred), Manhattan OMS, IBM Sterling OMS, or Fluent Commerce.
- Strong experience in AWS Cloud, Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Messaging Platforms (Kafka/Kinesis/EventBridge).
- Deep understanding of retail order management, inventory management, and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Experience integrating OMS with Payment, Fraud, WMS, ERP, and third-party systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Cloud-native architecture experience.
- Retail domain expertise.
- Agile/Scrum and Jira experience.
