Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, efficient code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Create reusable and scalable component libraries
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
- Apply modern UI/UX principles to improve usability and accessibility
- Take ownership of end-to-end UI development including design involvement
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure adherence to best practices such as clean coding, modular architecture, and testing
- React.js (Advanced)
- Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand (state management)
- Functional components, lifecycle management
- Performance optimization (lazy loading, memorization)
- UI/UX Design Experience (MANDATORY):
- Strong understanding of design principles (Typography, color theory, spacing, layout)
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Knowledge of Design Systems and Component-driven design
- Front-End Technologies:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 )
- Responsive design (Flexbox, Grid)
- CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI)
- Version Control:
- Git, Git workflows
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Familiarity with UI performance tuning
- Understanding of Accessibility (WCAG standards)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- 8 10 years in Frontend/UI development
- At least 2 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
