Responsibilities
· Extensive hands-on experience with Commercial Lines insurance processes, products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of QA professionals.
· Proven track record in leading QA initiatives, managing resources, budgets, and timelines, and delivering successful outcomes in complex projects.
· Utilize Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes and deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
· Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of software delivery in the Commercial Lines insurance domain.
Requirements Must Have:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Insurance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications relevant to P&C insurance or software testing are highly desirable.
· Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles within the Property & Casualty insurance industry, with a strong focus on Commercial Lines.
· Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely and informed decisions in high-pressure situations, balancing competing priorities and constraints.
· Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar, with a proven ability to automate Commercial Lines insurance-specific test scenarios.
· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices.
· Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
· Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.
· Understanding of end-user perspectives and the ability to advocate for the end-user experience during testing.
Good to Have:
· Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, INS 21/24,Agile, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP certifications are desirable.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
