As Manager, Vertical Market Sales,HospitalityatSpectrum Business, you will oversee and empower a team of major account executives,managersand representatives, delivering advanced connectivity solutions to business clients. HowYou'llMake an Impact
- Lead, recruit, train and motivate a sales team to consistently surpass monthly sales and billing goals
- Oversee daily sales activities, conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one reviews tomaintainproductivity and ensure effective account management
- Attend sales calls with representatives to support their development and business acquisition efforts
- Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform strategic decisions
- Assign high-priority customers and pursue business opportunities with long-term growth potential
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Market Development, Construction, Sales
- Support and Marketing to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
- Coach team members in skills and strategies necessary for top performance
- Comply withestablishedSpectrum Businesspolicies and procedures and undertake special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training,educationand experience
Experience
- 5 years of enterprise-level account sales experience in telecommunications or cable, selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data and Fiber Services with a proven record of territory achievement and quota achievement
- 3 years of leadership experience in a competitive telecommunications or cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data,
- FiberServicesand fiber-connected networks
Skills
- Read, write,speakand understand English
- Developing and executing strategic account plans tailored to key prospects and customers
- Personnel supervision and office management capability
- Experience organizing,implementingandmaintainingsales goals
- Demonstrated leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and adaptability
- Organizational development and advanced business skills
- Proficiencywith telecommunications and networking technologies
- Above-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Travel up to 70% using a valid and active state driver's license with a safe driving record
