We’re hiring experienced, dependable motorcoach operators who take pride in safety, smooth driving, and professional passenger service. If you show up prepared, communicate well, and run a clean coach, we’d like to talk.

Starting at $30.00 per hour, then raised $32.00 per hour after trial period (3 to 6 months).

Your Responsibilities:
- Operate motor coaches smoothly and safely along assigned routes and schedules.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each passenger has a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any issues promptly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with passengers, dispatch, and management.
- Maintain a strict focus on safety, adhering consistently to all company policies and regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of verifiable motor coach driving experience.
- A valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a spotless driving record.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
- Basic mechanical skills for handling minor vehicle issues.
- Comprehensive understanding of driving regulations with a proven commitment to safety.
Additional Criteria:
- Clean driving history (no violations within the past 3 years).
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Residency within 20 miles of O'Hare Airport preferred.
- Additional experience operating vans, limousines, or school buses is highly advantageous.
