Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Low Incidence / Profound Disabilities
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated school team supporting students with low-incidence and profound disabilities. This full-time position focuses on providing communication and language support within a self-contained special education program, where individualized care and collaboration are key.
In this role, the Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with each student’s goals. The SLP will provide individual and small-group therapy within a self-contained classroom, collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support communication across settings, and implement AAC tools, visual supports, and other evidence-based strategies to promote functional communication. Additionally, the SLP will maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
Requirements
- ASHA certification preferred.
- Possess an IL Speech Language Pathology license.
- Hold a Master's Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
