What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Charm Thai Kitchen?
New local restaurant in North Houston of The Woodlands looking for a experienced Bartender with sever skills. Looking for candidates with strong mixology background, ability to manage multiple tasks and show effective communication in the restaurant for a fine dining concept. Strong candidates will have mixlogy experience in the industry and use their knowledge to transcend their experience into a new challenging environment.
Candidates can be expected develop and use their skills to craft up cocktails, beer & wine for all guests while providing guests with a unique dining experience. Candidate will need to keep enhancing their knowledge of mixology to edcaute ones self, resturant partners & guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers
- Strong hospitality skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for calculating orders, handling payments, and making change
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
- Familiarity with food handling guidelines and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
***Candidates must have TABC & TX Food Handlers License as required by law upon hired.
Additional Skills:
- Brewing knowledge is a plus
- Retail math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations
